Adult Group Training - Beginner & Intermediate

Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone looking to take your badminton skills to the next level, our Adult Group Training sessions are designed to help you improve, have fun, and get active! Choose the level that suits you best—whether you’re starting out or refining your technique, we’ve got a place for you.

Beginner (Level 1, 1+)

Ready to try something new or improve your skills? This session is perfect for those who want to learn the fundamentals of badminton in a supportive and friendly environment. No experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn!

Intermediate (Level 2, 3)

If you already have a basic understanding of the game and want to sharpen your skills, this is the ideal session for you! With more advanced drills and strategic coaching, you’ll refine your technique, improve your footwork, and enhance your overall game strategy.
