Our Junior Power Camp is a high-energy, skill-focused experience designed for young players who want to train smart and play strong. With expert coaching, fun challenges, and team-focused activities, it’s the ultimate environment for player development.

- Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

- Coach-invited advanced juniors may be eligible for our Elite Afternoon Session.

Adult Holiday Challenge (Intermediate Level)

This focused, high-performance camp is designed for adult players ready to push beyond limits. With structured drills, tactical training, and intense physical conditioning, it’s built to elevate your game fast.

- Session 1: July 1 & 2
- Session 2: July 8 & 9
- Time: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Location: IBC Archerfield
Who Should Join?
- Adult players with some experience who want to push their limits.
- This camp is not suitable for complete beginners.
What You’ll Train:
- Explosive footwork, speed, and control
- Tactical rhythm and shot timing
- Fat-burning, high-intensity training drills
- Repeatable systems to apply beyond the camp
