These results are a testament to the dedication and commitment shown by everyone across the club, from our coaching team to our group training, private training, and competition squad players.

A special congratulations goes to our Head Coaches, AJ and Eugene, who claimed the Open Men’s Doubles title. After spending the morning coaching our students, they stepped onto the court in the afternoon and produced an exceptional performance. Along the way, they defeated both the first and second seeded pairs in a series of exciting, hard-fought matches. Their victory highlights not only their playing ability, but also the standard they set by continuing to compete, challenge themselves, and lead by example.

Another standout achievement came from sisters Charlotte and Sarah, who finished first and second respectively in the C Grade Women’s Singles event. Their results reflect the consistent effort and improvement they have made through our Junior Group Training program.

It was also fantastic to see our private training students perform strongly. Bonnie and Megan both progressed to the C Grade Mixed Doubles final, while Alice recorded an impressive semi-final finish. These performances demonstrate the commitment our players continue to show both in training and in competition.

Whether competing as coaches, junior group training students, private training students, or members of our competition team, we are incredibly proud of everyone who represented YS Badminton over the weekend. Every tournament provides another opportunity to learn, improve, and grow, and it is rewarding to see that hard work translating into strong performances on court.

Congratulations to all of our players on a fantastic tournament. We look forward to seeing everyone continue their development throughout the Winter Holiday Program and beyond.

Thank you to BBA and QBA for another great event!
